‘INSPIRED Sports Solutions believes sport should be enjoyed by all children and young people who wish to take part, at all levels, and it is our commitment to provide an environment where all participants are protected and kept safe from harm.’

INSPIRED Sports Solutions places the highest priority on the safety and enjoyment of all children and young people engaged within its programmes.  In doing so, we recognise our moral and statutory responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of all children, young people and vulnerable adults, working closely with key agencies and operating within good practice and safe working guidelines.

As part of the ethos within INSPIRED Sports Solutions, we are committed to:

• Working closely with schools, particularly with regard to the published ‘Keeping Safe in Education’ (2018) guidance, when carrying out our duties to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
• Safer recruitment - diligently recruiting and employing highly-qualified, experienced and passionate coaches and instructors to deliver our programmes
• Creating a safe and stimulating environment by promoting and implementing codes of ethics and conduct, training and best practice guidelines
• Promoting clear systems – policies and procedures to deal with any concerns, incidents and complaints
• Developing a multi-agency partnership to safeguarding, working closely with schools and other agencies, as well as parents and carers
