Providing INSPIRED Clubs that are unrivalled in their innovation, organisation and delivery
We work with schools and other key partners to provide a broad range of inspiring extra-curricular clubs, ensuring high-quality opportunities are accessible and sport and physical activity is an enjoyable, inclusive and healthy learning experience for all. These are available before school, lunch time or part of after school clubs.
With all clubs and programmes, we ensure pathways exist for all children to continue their learning, participation and enjoyment through strong links to external club and community provision.
Our extra-curricular programmes are regularly reviewed in order to consistently meet the needs of schools, children and parents.
Some of our current clubs being delivered in schools and communities include:
Bespoke ‘THIS GIRL CAN’ Clubs
‘INSPIRED’ Archery Clubs
Our new Archery Clubs are extremely popular and are both physically and mentally challenging. The benefits of archery include enhanced mental capacity, physical health and general fitness. Archery can also improve patience and focus and can give children a strong sense of personal achievement.
‘INSPIRED’ Netball Clubs
Available to both boys and girls, we deliver England Netball’s ‘HIGH 5’ version of the full game, specifically designed for primary children, which uses fun and variety to introduce the game, develop skills and enhance fitness. ‘INSPIRED’ Football Clubs

‘INSPIRED’ Boxing Clubs
Our Key Stage 2 Boxing Club forms part of our school sport ethos in which we aim to offer as wide a range of sporting opportunities for our children as possible. Participants engage in structured ‘fitness for boxing’ activities which have no contact whatsoever – it is based around developing technique, fitness, using the pads and gloves and having fun, whilst working towards the Amateur Boxing Association competency awards.
‘INSPIRED’ Rowing Clubs
Our new Rowing Club for Year 6 children, delivered by Birmingham Rowing Club, provides a low impact way to develop fitness, technique and stay active as well as promoting healthy competition. Through the Club, the children are invited to progress to outdoor rowing on water at Birmingham Rowing Club.
